Special Needs Communications
We are committed to communicating with sensory impaired persons and persons with limited English proficiency. If you need assistance with understanding communications because of a hearing, language, sensory or sight impairment, we will provide the appropriate intervention to help with communication.
Appropriate auxiliary aids are provided at no charge to persons with disabilities when necessary to ensure effective communication with patients/residents and their companions, including any family member, friend or associate of a person seeking or receiving services with whom communication is appropriate. Free auxiliary aids may include, but are not limited to: sign language interpreters, TTYs, note takers, written materials, telephone handset amplifiers, assistive listening devices, closed caption decoders, and other services.
